Brock Lesnar signs deal with WWE

Late yesterday afternoon Brock Lesnar announced on ESPN's Sportscenter that he has signed a new multi-year deal with World Wrestling Entertainment or WWE. This will end his career or return to the octagon. For Brock Lesnar this is a great deal because as he put it, "I've been in a bad position w/healthy & money. Now I'm in a good position with both. I work part time with full time pay." This also is very good for WWE. The reasoning behind this is that Lesnar is an entertainer that is very polarizing. He can back it up with his wrestling, and he doesn't have to talk. He has arguably one of-if not the best talkers and mangers that WWE has ever seen. His name is Paul Heyman and he has been Lesnar's right hand man since he has been in the WWE. In the end this deal works out for both Lesnar and the WWE, and us as fans are getting what we want...for once. Please leave your comments down below.

"Winning" Free Agency Doesn't Equal Winning Results

We are a little under a week of the free agency period opening up, and there has been a lot of money being thrown around. "Winning" free agency does not guarantee that your team is going to be good next year. Giving Ndamukong Suh $60 million in guaranteed money does not mean that the Dolphins wins are going to increase exponentially. I'm not saying that he isn't worth that money, all I'm saying is that Suh had a much more complete team around him in Detroit which contributed to why he is making so much money for the next so many years. Last year media that covered the NFL said that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers "won" free agency. A 2-14 record later and they are currently on the clock with the intentions to draft Jameis Winston out of Florida State. "Winning" free agency doesn't equal at least immediate wins, but you never know how a team will perform until they're on the field. Please leave your comments below.
